High Spring Carbon Steel Wires
DH Grade
Grade DH
A superior grade of patented wires, high carbon spring steel wires grade DH- High Strength Dynamic are cold drawn patented wires are made from unalloyed wire rods. These wires have an ideal Carbon percentage ranging from 0.80% to 0.85%, thus offering excellent fatigue resistance in the wires suitable for manufacturing small springs.
High carbon spring steel DH grade wires are oil hardened and vastly used for manufacturing small tension, torsion and compression springs which are subjected to high static strains to medium levels of dynamic strains.
High carbon spring steel grade DH wires are also often known as Music Wires.
